Pret items take up to 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take up to 8-

8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Hem
because we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all
local orders. International orders can be charged according to location.
9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to
cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to
combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any
amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please
note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will
help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the
